  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days (domestic).

  • International shipping: 10-20 business days (subject to customs processing).

3. Tracking & Delivery:

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or customs.

4. Damages & Lost Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos.

  • Lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
