Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Course Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations made after the course begins.

2. Event & Workshop Refunds:

  • Tickets for live workshops/events are non-refundable, but may be transferable upon request.

 

3. Product Purchases:

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items, reported within 3 days of delivery.
