Energy Experience: Basics (March 19th, 2pm EST) Hop on a Zoom class with me and we will explore seeing our auras, creating basic solid energy constructs (aka energy balls) that you can physically feel, sense our own energy centers, and learn to charge items. This class will be in an intimate setting of 5 people. You will need: 1. A simple black backdrop for the aura reading--just a plain black shirt or posterboard will do. We will be looking at our hands, so it doesn't need to be huge. Just be sure there aren't patterns or anything to distract the eye. 2. A small pack of colored pens, pencils, markers, or crayons. Pick whichever you like best. 3. A couple sheets of blank white paper. 4. A glass of water. 5. A gemstone of your choice If you book this class, please copy this list and have these items ready. Try to attend the class in a room without a bright overhead light (these types of light make seeing energy difficult for some). I expect this class to run up to 2 hours on March 19th at 2pm EST and you're free to ask questions during and after the class. FINE PRINT: You must be 18 or older to attend this class.
